Getting Started

Your pool company has added you to PoolOps. This guide walks you through accepting the invite, setting up your account, and getting the app on your phone.

Step 1 — Check your email

You'll receive an email from PoolOps with the subject line "You've been invited to join [Company Name] on PoolOps". Click the Set up your account button in the email.

The link opens a web page where you can set your password. Choose something secure — at least 8 characters. Click Create account.

Step 2 — Download the PoolOps app

The PoolOps technician app is available on:

  • iPhone — search "PoolOps" in the App Store, or use the link in your invite email.
  • Android — search "PoolOps" in Google Play, or use the link in your invite email.

Step 3 — Log in

Open the PoolOps app and log in with:

  • Email — the email address your company used when they invited you.
  • Password — the password you just set.

After logging in you'll see your run sheet for today on the Home tab. If there are no jobs scheduled yet, the screen will be empty until your admin assigns you some work.

Troubleshooting

  • Can't find the invite email? Check your spam or junk folder. Ask your manager to resend the invite from the Team page.
  • Invite link expired? Invite links are valid for 7 days. Ask your manager to resend it.
  • Forgot your password? On the login screen, tap Forgot password and follow the reset steps.
