Accepting Your Invite
Setting up Poolside takes about two minutes. Here's exactly what to do.

Step 1 — Find your invite email
Your pool company will send you an email with the subject line "Your pool is on Poolside". It comes from the PoolOps platform on behalf of your pool company. If you can't find it, check your spam or junk folder.
The email contains a unique invite code — keep it handy for step 4.
Step 2 — Download the Poolside app
Download Poolside for free from:
- App Store (iPhone) — search "Poolside"
- Google Play (Android) — search "Poolside"
Step 3 — Open the app
Open Poolside and tap Get started. You'll be asked to enter your invite code.

Step 4 — Enter your invite code
Type the invite code from your email into the code field. The code is typically 6 characters. Tap Continue.
Poolside will look up your code and show you the pool(s) your company has linked to your account. Confirm the details look right.
Step 5 — Set your password
Enter your email address and choose a password. Tap Create account.
You're in. Your pool(s) appear automatically on the Home screen — no further setup needed.
Having trouble with your invite code?
- Make sure you're entering the code exactly as shown in the email (it's case-sensitive).
- Invite codes expire after 30 days. If yours has expired, contact your pool company and ask them to resend the invite.
- Each invite code can only be used once.
