Account & Profile

The Profile tab in Poolside is where you update your personal details and manage how you receive notifications.

Updating your details

Tap the Profile tab, then tap Edit profile. You can update:

  • Name — your full name as it appears on your account.
  • Email address — your login email. If you change this, use the new address next time you log in.
  • Phone number — your contact number for your pool company.

Tap Save when you're done.

Changing your password

In the Profile tab, tap Change password. Enter your current password, then your new password twice, and tap Save.

If you've forgotten your password, log out and use the Forgot password link on the login screen. A reset link will be sent to your email address.

Notification preferences

In the Profile tab, tap Notification preferences. You can control:

  • Push notifications — toggle on or off to receive or stop receiving alerts on your phone. This includes new report notifications and messages from your pool company.
  • Email reports — toggle on to have a copy of each service report automatically emailed to your email address after every visit.

Even with push notifications off, your reports are always available in the History tab whenever you open the app.
